Shipping Policy
The short version: Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD, shipped from within Canada, and your order goes out within one to two business days.
Where we ship
We ship across Canada, fulfilled from our warehouse in Prince George, British Columbia, so there are no customs, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges on your order. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
We do not ship to Quebec.

Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD to all provinces we serve.
- Orders under $70 ship at a rate calculated at checkout.
- Faster delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.
- Orders to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut ship at rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping isn’t available to the territories.
All prices and shipping rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
GST or HST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province and shown before you pay. Our GST/HST number is 735976474 RT0001.
Processing
Orders are processed within one to two business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays process the next business day.
Delivery
Standard shipping is our default and is what’s included in the free shipping offer.
After processing, orders usually arrive within:
- 1-3 business days in British Columbia
- 2-4 business days to Alberta
- 3-6 business days to Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario
- 5-8 business days to Atlantic Canada
- 7-14 business days to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut
Faster options are available at checkout at an additional charge if you need your order sooner. You’ll see the available services, prices and delivery estimates before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers, weather and remote routing are outside our control, and we can’t guarantee a specific date. If we can’t ship your order within 30 days of the date we quoted, you can cancel it for a full refund.
We ship with Canada Post. All orders are tracked, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn’t there, check with neighbours and your local carrier or post office first. Most turn up within a day or two.
If it’s genuinely missing, email support@mobettahbands.com and we’ll work it out with you.
If your tracking hasn’t moved in seven days, reach out and we’ll chase it with Canada Post.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it’s shipped.
If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
Returns
Returns ship to a Canadian address, so there’s no customs paperwork on your end. Details are in our Refund Policy.
