Refund Policy
The short version: 30 days to return it for a refund, and a 90-day warranty against defects.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you bought your product at mobettahbands.ca and it’s not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund of the purchase price.
How it works
- Email support@mobettahbands.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.
- We’ll send you a return number and tell you where to ship it.
- Send it back within 14 days of getting that number. Opening the box is fine; just include the return number, everything that came in the box, unused and in resalable condition, in its original packaging. We recommend tracked shipping. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, and your bank may take another 2-10 business days to post it.
The fine print, kept short
- Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. Sales taxes (GST/HST) are refunded with the purchase price.
- You pay return shipping.
- Returns sent without a return number, or missing parts or accessories, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 15% or the value of the missing parts, whichever is higher.
- This guarantee covers retail purchases made on our website by the original purchaser, not wholesale orders, resold product, or products bought elsewhere.
If your order never arrives or arrives late
If we don’t ship your order within 30 days of the delivery date we quoted (or within 30 days of your order if we didn’t quote one), you can cancel and get a full refund, including shipping.
If you paid by credit card and we don’t refund you within 15 days of a valid cancellation, you may also be able to request a chargeback from your card issuer.
90-Day Limited Warranty
Every product bought on our website is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery.
If something’s defective, email support@mobettahbands.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the claim is covered, we’ll repair or replace the product at our option, or refund the purchase price if neither is reasonable, and we’ll cover the shipping to get the repaired or replacement product back to you.
Replacements are warranted for the rest of the original period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
What’s not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, spills, drops, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Damage from failing to follow the product’s instructions
- Modifications or repairs by anyone other than us
- Ordinary wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading, cracking, or peeling of printed designs
- Products bought anywhere other than mobettahbands.ca
CAUTION: Contains small parts if broken. Not suitable for children under three. Keep away from small children and pets.
Your legal rights come first
This 90-day warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty that we give you in addition to your legal rights; it does not replace them, reduce them, or shorten them.
Under the consumer protection and sale of goods legislation of your province or territory, you have legal warranties that apply automatically and that we cannot exclude. These generally include that the product is of merchantable quality, fit for its ordinary purpose, matches its description, and will serve for a reasonable length of time given its price and how it’s used.
Where the law permits us to limit liability, we aren’t liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Some provinces don’t allow these limits, in which case they don’t apply to you.
No distributor, reseller, or employee can modify or extend this warranty.
To make a claim under either this warranty or your legal warranty, just email us. We’d rather fix it than argue about which one applies.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own province apply.
